Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MontessoRu. We strive to provide the highest quality Montessori digital posters and physical posters. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Refunds on Physical Posters:

• We only offer refunds on physical posters if they arrive damaged or contain mistakes.
• To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at anna@montessoru.shop with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
• If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Digital Posters:

• All sales of digital posters are final and non-refundable. Once you have received the digital file, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges for any products.
